What this site is
WinPower is a United States gambling guide. It exists to answer three questions before money leaves your account: what an operator actually pays, what the offer actually costs in rollover, and what your own state allows. Everything else — the design awards, the "trusted since" badges, the star ratings — is noise we have chosen not to add to.
What is on it today
13 US-facing operators, 6 checked facts on each, 54 land-based venue pages and 53 city guides. Every figure here is read off the operator's own terms page and the state regulator's register, then re-checked when the offer changes — we do not reprint press releases, and we do not publish a brand we cannot quote to the dollar.
Those numbers are a census of this site, not a slogan: they are recounted from the database every time the site is rebuilt, and they go down as readily as they go up.
How a page gets written
An operator page starts from the operator's own terms: the welcome figure, the minimum deposit, the rollover multiple, the cashier routes and the year the brand started taking American players. A state page starts from the regulator's register. A game page starts from the published return-to-player figure. Where a number cannot be traced to one of those, it does not go on the page at all — we would rather leave a gap than fill it with a figure that reads well.
The ranking itself is computed from the same stored facts. The rules are written out in full on how we rate, including what we refuse to publish and how the site is paid.
Who writes it
A small editorial team, working to the checklist on the methodology page rather than to a personal opinion. We do not publish invented staff biographies, we do not claim to have played at every site we describe, and we do not run reader reviews — an unverifiable testimonial is not evidence, and pretending otherwise is the oldest trick in this industry.
Corrections and contact
If a figure here does not match what the operator shows you, that is a defect on our side. Tell us through the contact page and it gets fixed at the source — the database — so it is fixed on every page that quotes it.
WinPower is free to read. When a reader opens an account through one of our buttons the operator may pay a commission; it is agreed before the ranking is built and it does not buy position. Gambling is entertainment and should stay that way — if it stops being that, the responsible gambling page lists where to get help.
