What WinPower is
An information site about gambling in the United States. It does not accept bets, hold funds, deal cards or operate a game of any kind. Nothing here is an offer to gamble and nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
Your side of it
You must be 21 or over, or the legal gambling age where you are, and gambling must be lawful where you are. State law decides that, not us — check your own rules before you deposit anywhere. What you do with an operator is between you and that operator, under their terms.
Accuracy and limits
Every figure here is read from the operator's own published terms or a state regulator's register on the day we check, and offers change without notice. We can therefore not guarantee that a bonus, a payout route or a licence is still exactly as described when you read it. If you find a difference, the operator's current terms win, and we would like to hear about it.
How the site is paid
Operator buttons are affiliate links: if you open an account through one, the operator may pay us a commission. That arrangement is agreed before a ranking is built and it does not buy a position — the rules are written out on how we rate.
