The rules for smoking inside casinos vary greatly depending on the state. Since casinos are public places, it’s best to check out the smoking laws in the state where your casino is located. In Las Vegas though, smoking is allowed in large casinos or those that exceed 15 slot machines. This is as long as they do not serve food other than pre-packaged snacks.
