Turning Stone Casino and Resort is the resort operated and owned by Oneida Indian Nation at Verona, New York. The facility opened in 1993 July 16 and presented golf amenities, an arcade, an RV park, many restaurants, a confectionery shop to sell many kinds of desserts, table games, baked goods and many types of digital slot machines. Until Seneca Niagara Casino started, that was only land-based casino at New York. Resort is the popular tourist destination at central New York State.
